Decided to come here for Cinco de Mayo this past weekend, which was a good decision to make. We did not have reservations when we arrived around 5 PM and only had to wait around 10 minutes for a group of seven people, which is not bad at all usually on Cinco de Mayo it's a long wait. This is my first time at the Covina location. I have been to the Downey location before but this location I definitely recommend I love the outside is spacious and bigger and very live with the really good DJ. good times and the decor was so cute inside. One of my best Cinco de Mayo celebrations, and a very long time I had so much fun I couldn't stop dancing. The service was exceptional and the management was good as well! Nonetheless, the food was good as always. I ordered the Carnitas tacos and guacamole which was very tasty. For my drink I just ordered a skinny Cadillac margarita and we got a Casamigos for the bottle service for our table which was only $260. The prices here are really reasonable and they even had deals for Cinco de Mayo with five dollar beers and five dollar margaritas , so I do recommend to come here if you want to celebrate and to celebrate Cinco de Mayo. This is a turn up spot for sure! It is also the spot if you wanna have a good time with your girls, family, and a good hangout spot with good drinks and food. It's plenty parking on the street, and it is located in old town/ downtown area of Covina. Overall, my experience was top-notch. I had a great time, and the others in my party enjoyed themselves as well. I would definitely be coming back to this location again. -Marshay D.

Came here for brunch and had a great time with friends. Drinks were on point, and the vibe was fun with music in the background. Ordered the chilaquiles skillet, and it was delicious. The tortilla chips were perfectly warm, fried, and soft. The eggs, along with the beans, were tasty. It definitely hit the spot. Service was on par and could have been more attentive, but overall, we had a great time.

Really great to just get some drinks before heading elsewhere! I'd consider OLA a great pit stop or pregame bar! The music is loud and really hype especially if you're latino and can appreciate some goooood reggaeton! I would say spend max forty minutes here and then probably head out to somewhere you and your friends can probably talk! Great servers! Kind faces! If you're a dude be ready for a pat down lol!

I had a wonderful experience this last time coming in a Thursday night. I went with a group of friends and my cousin. The thing that stuck out the most was the food, drinks, and our server Molly, who went above and beyond, giving us excellent service. She continually came over and asked us if we needed anything. She gave us a rundown of the happy hour specials and didn't disappoint when it came to helping us out with anything we needed. She was very informative and kept the drinks coming. Ola Restobar management should give her a raise. We ended up spending around $300... which was mostly tacos and drinks. Excellent service and excellent food. I will definitely be back!

This is a cool nice looking restaurant. I went there for a late night happy hour which is 9-close. It came highly recommended. Anyhow, on to my order, I can't help but laugh as I write this... There is a special happy hour menu which I ordered from. I ordered the Sopes de carne asada. When I got them, me and the rest of my group couldn't stop laughing. "Hey Danny, why did you order from the kids menu!" We could not stop laughing for about 15min. These two sopes are the size of a round tortilla chip. I mean don't get me wrong, they taste ok, but come on, the little salsa container is almost the same size. See lemon slice in my picture as a reference. Needless to say, I ordered more food. At least the happy hour menu comes with a beer. May or may not come back.

Breakfast at Olas! Came here during the week for breakfast. Wow! Food and service was good. Let's start with the cafe de olla. Yum! It was served nice and hot with a pastry. Perfect for a rainy morning. My fave here! I had the steak and eggs. The steak was cooked perfectly. Tender and juicy. It comes with hashbrowns as well. I recommend this one. The portions are generous. The chilaquiles were also tasty. Had a kick but not to much. I don't think there is anything on the menu that doesn't taste good. Service was also great! Everyone was friendly and attentive. They have music that is upbeat. Loved it! Great place for breakfast. Tip: they ask for a cc prior to placing your order. Definitely coming back to try other breakfast items.
